Alovee, we place great emphasis on the quality of our products. We will checked for any defects before they are dispatched to you. Our Exchange Policy is possible only if it is a defective item. Unfortunately, if you have received a defective items please kindly contact us and we will bear the cost of delivery.
Please take note of the following:
- No cash refund
- Refund credit is not applicable for any sale items.
- Returned items must be new, must not be wash, worn, torn or altered
- Refund credit will be issued to you upon receipt of your defective item, credit validity 90 days.
- No exchange will be done under the circumstance of wrong size purchased or preference of other colours.
- Defective item must be due to manufacturing defect and defective item must not be caused by the purchaser.
- Items must be return to Alovee within 14 days from the day the order is confirm by us (for Singapore delivery).
- For international shipping items must be return to Alovee within 30 days from the day the order is confirm by us.
- There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance is not considered as a defect.
- Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
- We will indicate “dry clean”for materials which dye tends to run, hence please read the clothing care carefully before purchase. We will not refund or allow exchanges of the item should it not be dry-clean and color-run after hand-wash /machine wash. Please refer to “Product Care” page
